The body of each Notcher is shaped around its specific roof rib so it can self-centre correctly.

The blades are replaceable, but they are not interchangeable between different profile types.

EERA Notchers are designed for flat, straight runs and are not currently designed for angled hip cuts.

The simplicity of the tool is one of its biggest advantages.

Once the correct Notcher is matched to the correct roofing profile, the tool self-centres around the rib and removes much of the measuring, marking and hand-cutting skill involved in traditional scribing.

That means repetitive cuts can often be delegated to less-experienced team members while qualified tradespeople focus elsewhere.

Yes.

EERA blades can be sharpened, and replacement blades are available.

Customers can replace the blades themselves, however we generally recommend sending the tool back to EERA so our team can replace and set them correctly.
